How to set up the TikTok Pixel on Jumpseller

The TikTok Pixel is an essential analytics tool to measure the effectiveness of your advertising campaigns. It allows you to track the actions visitors take on your store and optimize your ads to drive more sales.

On Jumpseller, the integration is native. No need to edit your store’s code; you can set it up in two simple ways.


The most comprehensive way to install the pixel is through the TikTok Channel. By using this method, you not only connect the pixel but also sync your product catalog.

Steps to configure:

  1. Log in to your Jumpseller Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Apps > App Gallery and search for TikTok.
  3. Click Install and then Connect.
  4. Follow the setup wizard to link your TikTok for Business account.
  5. In the Data Sharing step, select the Pixel you want to use (or create a new one).
  6. Done! The system will automatically connect the pixel to your store.

Important: When using this method, Jumpseller will automatically configure standard events (such as ViewContent, AddToCart, and CompletePayment).


Method 2: Setup via ID (Through Preferences)

If you already have a Pixel and just want to connect it without installing the Sales Channel App, use the direct field in your Jumpseller dashboard.

Steps to configure:

  1. Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager.
  2. In the top menu, click on Tools and select Events.
  3. Under the “Web Events” section, click on Manage.
  4. Click on your Pixel Name (or Dataset) to open its details.
  5. Copy the Pixel ID displayed at the top left (just below the name).
  6. In your Jumpseller panel, go to Settings > General > Analytics.
  7. Paste the code into the TikTok Pixel ID field and click Save.

How to verify the installation

To confirm that your pixel is capturing data correctly, follow these steps:

  • Install the Chrome extension TikTok Pixel Helper.
  • Navigate through your Jumpseller store.
  • Click on the extension icon to verify that the message “One Pixel Found” appears and that events are triggered as you browse.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Should I use both methods? No. You must choose only one. If you set up the TikTok channel and also paste the ID in the Analytics section, events will be sent twice, which will ruin your conversion statistics.

  • Do I need to modify the “Liquid” code or the theme? It is not necessary. Jumpseller’s native integrations handle injecting the code into the correct pages (including the checkout success page) automatically.
