1. Personalized Approach
You send us the requirements for your online store and we will evaluate if they are within the possible changes available by this service.
After evaluating, IF the requirements fall within the spectrum of possible changes, we discuss with you which of the above-mentioned packages is the best fit depending on the work that needs to be done and the time it will take (hours, days or weeks).
Once we have agreed to the terms, a payment has to be made in advance after we send you an invoice.
After the payment has been confirmed, we start with the process of redesign and typically under one week, we execute the work directly on the client's store during our support working hours (9:30 - 18:30 GMT).
Small changes allowing you to distinguish yourself from your competition.
Add a Slideshow
We modify the size, the position where it appears and the images being displayed at your slideshow, either if they are product images or others.
Change the Background Color or Image
Add a background image to the your store and do the appropriate changes ensuring the website readability.
We can add how many banners you like (but we won't design them). You deliver the banners to us and specify their position and we will do that for you.
Change typographies & Colors
If you don't feel the current typography at your store correctly represents your company, we will help you find the most suitable one for you.
Position Store Elements
This is great for you to change the position of elements or simply hide them. Just let us know and we will take care of it.
If you select either the "INTEGRATION" or "DESIGN" plans, you can send us your request, we will get back to you after reviewing it.
What changes are not included?
Not all changes are considered. We only consider small changes, fixes or improvements to existing themes.
A logo should be capable of expressing the core values of your company. This work tends to be very time intensive and the quality of the results vary and are difficult to assess. If you don't have a company logo, hire a designer to work directly with you.
Integration with External Services
Integrating with your favorite Invoicing or stock management system can dramatically increase the efficiency of running your store. But estimating and developing these integrations is always very complex. Contact us so we can find a solution.
Manually adding Products to your store is a key responsability of the store owner. It is really easy to upload a new product. If you want to import more than 500 products try our automatic import tool. We can help you with that.
