Personalized Approach
Send us the requirements for your online store and we will evaluate the requested changes.
Proposal
If the requirements fall within the spectrum of possible changes, we recommend a package that suits the project best, considering the scope and the time (hours, days or weeks) needed.
Payment
Once we have agreed to the terms, a payment has to be made in advance after which we send you an invoice.
Delivery
The process of redesign starts! Typically under one week, we execute the work directly on your store during our support working hours (9:30 - 18:30 GMT).
What changes are included?
The exclusive JumpDesign per hour service can incorporate the following changesAdd a Slideshow
We modify the size, the position where it appears and the images being displayed at your slideshow, either if they are product images or others.
Change the Background Color or Image
Add a background image to the your store and do the appropriate changes ensuring the website readability.
Add Banners
We can add how many banners you like (but we won't design them). You deliver the banners to us and specify their position and we will do that for you.
Change typographies & Colors
If you don't feel the current typography at your store correctly represents your company, we will help you find the most suitable one for you.
Position Store Elements
This is great for you to change the position of elements or simply hide them. Just let us know and we will take care of it.
Image Retouching
If you select either the 'INTEGRATION' or 'DESIGN' plans, you can send us your request, we will get back to you after reviewing it.
What changes are not included?
We only consider small changes, fixes or improvements to existing themes.Logo Creation
A logo should be capable of expressing the core values of your company. This work tends to be very time intensive and the quality of the results vary and are difficult to assess. If you don't have a company logo, hire a designer to work directly with you.
Integration with External Services
Integrating with your favorite Invoicing or stock management system can dramatically increase the efficiency of running your store. But estimating and developing these integrations is always very complex. Contact us so we can find a solution.
Adding Products
Manually adding Products to your store is a key responsability of the store owner. It is really easy to upload a new product. If you want to import more than 500 products try our automatic import tool. We can help you with that.
Terms & Conditions
- Jumpdesign es un servicio extra SOLO disponible para clientes de Jumpseller con planes Plus, Pro o Premium.
- The estimated work time for HOURLY Design Service is 7 business days. For works of more than 10 hours the estimated time is 15 business days. We recommend you confirm the delivery time of the works with the support team when requesting a quote.
- Phone calls are not included in the HOURLY Design Service. All communication regarding requirements, changes and corrections is via email.
- Any meeting included in the INTEGRATION and DESIGN plans will be coordinated and scheduled in advance.
- When requesting the Jumpdesign service please be as detailed as possible, you can send links to reference sites, take screenshots indicating where to make the changes or write a document detailing some specific functionality.
- For a maximum period of 3 months, all custom code has support or maintenance. If an error or problem is believed to be caused by our developers, designers, or some system update, we will solve it.
- If the code we have developed has been changed or manipulated by the client or any other person, you will not be provided maintenance or support.
- Be advised, if you decide to change your store theme, the changes made under the Jumpdesign service will be lost. Please contact support before proceeding.
