How to Set Up in Jumpseller

Go to the Apps section in your Jumpseller panel and search for the envia.com app.

Log in with your credentials, or create a user directly from the app if you don’t have one. Once the app is installed, you will see a message confirming the installation. Click Go to Settings.

You will need to configure origin locations, packages, automatic packages, automated shipping rules, automatic label creation, real-time shipping rates at checkout, and advanced settings within your envia.com panel.
- It is important to set your default address in Jumpseller. Without a correct origin address, shipping costs will not be calculated correctly. The address you configure must be the same one you added in envia.com. You set this address from the Locations section in your Jumpseller admin panel, and it must match the one you enter in the Envia.com panel.

Ensure the automatic calculator is enabled by following these steps: In your Jumpseller panel, go to Checkout Processes and select shipping prices.
Select Envia.com Checkout Service as the shipping option displayed to your customers and click Fetch Services. In Services, you will see a list of all available carriers. Simply select the desired services from the carriers you previously selected in envia.com and click save.
