DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

As the creator, you have a right to ownership and protection of the original materials you create. Jumpseller will respond to notices of infringement that comply with applicable law. If an intellectual property rights holder believes that there has been a violation of his/her rights on a site that is hosted by Jumpseller, the intellectual property rights holder may request that Jumpseller remove or disable the material by submitting a notice using the form below. If you knowingly make a material misrepresentation that material or activity is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages under applicable law.

Protocol

Jumpseller complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for copyright infringement. In addition, because the DMCA provides a useful framework for resolving disputes surrounding allegedly infringing materials in other contexts or jurisdictions, where applicable, Jumpseller applies this protocol to other allegations of infringement of intellectual property rights.

Counter Notice

A merchant who receives a DMCA Takedown Notice may make a counter notification. To file a counter notification with us, you must provide a written communication that sets out the information specified in the list below by sending the written communication (preferably via email).

• Your name, address, and telephone number;
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
• This statement: "I acknowledge that a copy of this counter notification, including my full name and contact information, will be provided to the party that submitted the DMCA Takedown Notice."; and
• And a physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringement

It is Jumpseller’s policy that under appropriate circumstances we shall disable and/or terminate the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
