How to Sync your products with Falabella

• Sync entire product creation on Jumpseller and Falabella.
• Import products from Falabella to Jumpseller
• Centralise inventory management from your Jumpseller admin.

How to configure Falabella Sales Channel?

1. Go to your Apps Gallery and search for the app Falabella.

2. Click on Buy App and confirm the payment.

3. Next you need to click on Install and on the popup screen grant authorization to the app.

4. After installation succeeds, the following screen will appear:

   

5. Enter your Falabella API Key and your User ID.

   • The User ID is the email used to access Falabella seller center account.

   • To get the Falabella API Key, you need to access Flabella seller center, go to Mi Cuenta > Integrationes and the API Key will be on this page as the image exemplifies.

   

6. Next, you need to fill the information and submit, prompting a success message. If the page takes too much to redirect your should refresh it.

7. When accessing the app you will see the screen below.

   
   • Once the app is connected, it will automatically sync products between Jumpseller and Falabella if the SKU is the same on both platforms.

8. Synced Products as the name suggests shows which products are synced between Falabella and Jumpseller and it will show if the stock matches. By clicking on the product name you can also access each product page on Jumpseller or Falabella.

   

9. On Massive Actions you will be able to force sync products again (Note that in order for products to sync the SKU need to match both on Jumpseller and Falabella.). You can also import products from Falabella to Jumpseller (not the other way around).

   

10. If any stock changes on Falabella, Jumpseller will be notified and the stock values will be updated. The same is true for when stock changes inside Jumpseller updating the value in Falabella.

11. Lastly, to reset the app you can click on the Settings page.
