Partners Solution

Overview

Jumpseller Partner solution allows you to rebrand and resell Jumpseller e-commerce platform to your clients. These white-label solutions will help you to scale your business, fast and securely.

Conditions

If you are already a Partner with affiliated stores you need at least 50 subscribed stores to apply for white-label features. If you are not yet a Jumpseller Partner, we will require a minimum compromise of the equivalent of 50 stores as described on the Business Conditions.

Specifications

White-label features include: - Add Partner’s Logo in the Jumpseller’s Admin Panel; - Brand Jumpseller’s Admin Panel in terms of colors (max. 5) and typography; - Change the “Powered by Jumpseller” in the storefronts for “Powered by Partner Name & Jumpseller.”; - Change the storefronts domains: store-code.jumpseller.com for something like: store-code.partner-name.com; - Colors and logo customization in store creation emails.

These are some of the changes that we have contemplated by default, if you have any suggestions, do not hesitate to mention them, we will see the feasibility of making the change.

Administration Panel

The Administration Panel helps you to manage product, purchase order, customers, payment methods, etc. You can read more about each section of the Admin Panel in more detail. After the colors and fonts are defined, our designers will make the changes in the administration panel to match the look & feel of your brand. See some examples:

Logos

It will be necessary for you to send us your brand logo in editable format so that our designers can make the change in the Admin Panel, login page, and emails.

Emails

We allow third party branding on emails triggered by our system. Color and logo customization in store creation emails are available.

Partner Dashboard

Jumpseller provides a section dedicated to the Partner, which lists all the stores associated. It contains the following information: - Partner link - Number of usage of the partner link during the last 30 days - Total stores created - Total stores subscribed - A bar-graph report - List of stores associated with the partner link

Jumpseller requires the use of the partner link or use of the API Endpoint in order to track and recognize a store referred by the partner. Stores outside the standard tracking system will not be considered towards commercial conditions.

API Endpoints

To further optimize the experience and management of all the Partnered Stores, several API endpoints are available to the Partner.

Store Creation

If you wish to create a new store outside of Jumpseller you will need to make a POST request with body parameters to the following endpoint:

Body Params: - email (string): the email of the new administrator account of the created store; - password (string): the password of the new administrator account, this field must not be blank and contain at least 6 characters; - store_name (string): name of the store, this name will be used to create the store code, if the name is “New Store”, then the code and consequently the access address will be “new-store”; - plan_name (string): by default this value is set to “pro”, could be set to “plus”, “premium” as requested by the end user; - aff (string): code of the registered partner; - locale (string): ISO 3166-2 code of the store default language, also the language used in the response messages, default to ‘en’; - reject_duplicates (bool): should be set to true in order for the request to return an error if the store_name provided is already in use, otherwise the store code generated will be modified accordingly, defaults to false.

Params: - store_code (string): the code that is returned by the store creation request; - locale (string): ISO 3166-2 code of the store default language, also the language used in the response messages, defaults to ‘en’.

Business Conditions

Price Per Plan

Currently, we offer discounts for referrers that want to promote Jumpseller to a big mass of potential clients. The Partner can opt to transmit this discount directly to their customers (merchants) instead.

No other discounts or perks can be accumulated if this discount system is in place.

The Partner will receive a referral link, for internal tracking of stores created and subscribed, with the format: https://jumpseller.com?ref=partner_code

Pricing

The price shall be regarded as one of the options set in the Price Per Plan plus VAT, taking into consideration the plan of revenue-sharing that shall meet the criteria listed in the table. Within the first 6 months of the agreement the Partner has a commitment to achieve 50 stores with a subscription plan. There is an initial payment from the Partner equals to the total amount paid from 50 stores with the monthly Pro Plan during 6 months, i.e. 50 stores * monthly price Pro Plan for 1 store * 6 months.

The initially paid amount will be returned once the Partner reaches the 50 stores in the first 6 months. After this period if the number is less than 50, Jumpseller reserves the right to keep the amount corresponding to the number of stores that haven´t subscribed to a plan.
In case of any substantial price change, Jumpseller will notify via email, with at least 60 days prior to each Partner.

Invoicing and Payment Terms

The deadline for payment of the invoice shall be 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Every month will be issued an electronic invoice based on the information of the Partner Panel. The payment is carried out via bank transfer. The invoice should be based on one of the following models: - Commission: Jumpseller will take charge of collecting and processing payment of the customers and Partner will issue an invoice; - Discount: Partner will take charge of collecting and processing payment of the customers and Jumpseller will issue an invoice. Both commission and discount amounts will be paid after 50 stores are completing a subscription plan in the first 6 months of the agreement.

Any change on the parameters of the initial project or any additional administrative request might be charged in case both parties agreed.

Service Level

Guarantee 95% service availability of the platform or refund 100% of the current month of subscription payment to each customer upon request (in line with AWS SLA). Customer and technical support are provided, at the same level of service, to all customers bases (service is non-discriminatory).
